Neil spent over 32 years working in Counter Terrorism, concluding his career as the Financial Intelligence lead for a Government Agency.

Since leaving the service, Neil has focussed on the cyber security piece, becoming the COO of the Mayor for London’s Digital Security Centre and the National Cyber Lead for the Police Digital Security Centre, which subsequently became part of the National Cyber Resilience Group.

A regular speaker on the circuit, Neil also served as an “ally for women in tech”. Neil now delivers cyber awareness sessions to schools and SME, equally at home with 5 year olds and the C-Suite! He is also a Visiting Lecturer at several Universities.

A keen sportsman, Neil played rugby for Harlequins and has won four powerboat world championships, as well as being a season ticket holder at Manchester City.
